Tóm tắt Luận án Đánh giá tình hình tiếp cận chẩn đoán sớm nhiễm HIV và điều trị bằng thuốc kháng HIV (ARV) cho trẻ sinh ra từ mẹ niễm HIV: ...vụ EID (bao gồm 54 tỉnh)  Đơn vị chọn mẫu thứ cấp (SSU, secondary sampling unit): các cơ sở điều trị ngoại trú hoặc bệnh viện Đối với 4 thành phố trực thuộc trung ương có số lượng lớn trẻ nhiễm HIV (chiếm trên 50% số trẻ phơi nhiễm được làm xét nghiệm chẩn đoán sớm) được lựa chọn có chủ...g vị thời gian trẻ được chẩn đoán nhiễm HIV Từ khi sinh đến khi được lấy máu XN PCR, có kết quả xét nghiệm PCR ở nhóm trẻ chung (n=3619) Trung vị thời gian (tuần) Từ khi sinh đến khi được lấy máu xét nghiệm PCR Từ khi sinh đến khi có kết quả PCR 6,6 (0-83,1) 8,9 (0,7- 83,7) Từ kh... nhiễm HIV cho cặp trẻ nhỏ/người chăm sóc. Hầu hết các chương trình chẩn đoán sớm nhiễm HIV hiện nay cho trẻ nhỏ đều hướng tới trẻ có mẹ đã biết có tình trạng nhiễm HIV. Do đó, chỉ tập trung nỗ lực xét nghiệm vào những trẻ đã biết có tình trạng mẹ nhiễm HIV, được chuyển từ chương trình DPLTM...
